The problem
NRIs and remote buyers struggle to invest in Indian real estate safely — they face opaque pricing, unverified listings, legal uncertainty, and no reliable way to inspect or close deals from abroad. DesiFlats needed a trustworthy, tech-driven platform to make buying and selling homes in Hyderabad transparent and hassle-free.
How I approached it
Built the property discovery experience with locality, price, beds, and bath search filters over a Strapi-powered listings backend.
Integrated a headless CMS (Strapi) synced with the CRM for real-time listing availability and deal updates.
Designed NRI-focused flows: virtual tours, digital staging previews, and consultation booking with lead-capture forms.
Implemented verified-listing, legal due-diligence, and inspection-report sections to build buyer trust.
Added a blog/content module and monthly-deals newsletter signup to drive engagement and SEO.
Shipped a responsive, accessible UI with an accessibility options panel and WhatsApp/chat contact integration.
